I was skeptical about swapping my morning coffee for this, but the lack of jitters and crash is real—I actually feel steady focus through the afternoon. The stick packs are perfect for tossing in my bag before work, and I’ve slept better than I have in months.

I’ve been mixing these into my morning water for two weeks now, and the absence of that afternoon crash is honestly the biggest win for me. The stick packs are convenient to toss in my bag, and even with the herbal blend, there’s no weird aftertaste.

The subtle energy lift is exactly what I needed—no racing heart or afternoon crash like coffee gives me. I've been mixing one stick into my afternoon tea daily and sleeping better than I have in months.
