Nourish Vanilka

I’ve been adding this to my post-workout routine and the 25g of protein keeps me full until dinner without that heavy bloated feeling. It mixes thick and creamy, and the functional mushrooms plus probiotics actually seem to help me stay focused and regular.

The vanilla taste is surprisingly smooth for a protein shake, and I love that it covers both muscle recovery and a clear head with the nootropics and mushrooms. I've been drinking it post-workout for a week and my digestion feels better too, plus it keeps me full for hours.

I was skeptical about the mushroom and nootropic combo, but after a week of morning shakes, I’m noticeably less foggy by mid-afternoon and the vanilla flavor is genuinely pleasant, not chalky. The probiotics are a nice bonus since my stomach feels settled after drinking it.
